About the role
Hoffman Exterminating is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service support and administration to both internal and external Service Center customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers through incoming phone calls
- Determine and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Absorb and update customer files
- Schedule services and take payments
- Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technician availability and account payments
- Work in a team environment to meet monthly service center goals
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational abilities
