Customer Service Representative

Full-time, 8-hour day shifts at the Harlingen Central Billing Office – Harlingen, TX.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring professional and friendly interactions with customers, patients, and coworkers.
• Answer phones to process customer requests.
• Complete special projects and other assigned tasks within specified timeframes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous Customer Service or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, intranet, and word documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
