Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers both over the phone and in person
- Promote sales, monthly specials, and counter specials in the showroom
- Pick up and load orders in an accurate and efficient manner for will-call customers
- Maintain showroom cleanliness
- Perform administrative warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and facilities maintenance
- Process and coordinate the filling of customer orders
- Stay up to date on company processes, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills
- Working knowledge of HVAC terms
- Basic computer skills
- Able to regularly lift up to 100 lbs.
- Able to operate a forklift or willing to be trained on it (a plus)
- Clean-cut and professional in appearance
- Enjoy performing administrative duties
- Enjoy being a people person

Pay
This position earns a competitive wage of $17-$22/hr, depending on experience, plus opportunities to earn up to $4,000/yr in bonuses. Employees are also eligible for an annual merit increase of up to 3%, depending on corporate guidelines.
Schedule
Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
