Responsibilities
- Providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Answering incoming calls
- Receipting payments
- Disbursing funds
- Providing administrative assistance to mortgage loan processing and loan documentation
- Collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation
- Facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Data entry
