Customer Service Representative

About the role

GetWireless is a leading Value-Added Distributor of cellular solutions that connect the Internet of Things. By supporting a strong portfolio of embedded modules, end-device modems, intelligent gateways, and signal boosters, GetWireless supplies the most advantageous cellular solution for each new IoT application. This part-time, on-site position is located in Provo, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Enter and release customer orders for shipment.
• Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with placing orders or answering product questions.
• Keep customers up to date regarding their order status.
• Assist in the packaging and shipping of customer orders.
• Work on additional projects as needed.

Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows operating system.
• Self-starter able to learn quickly.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 / hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
