Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Responsible for managing customer relationships via phone calls. Generates positive relationships with current and previous customers. Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully complete transactions. Actively engages with all departments to ensure accuracy in sales orders and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to all walk-in and phone customers.
• Offer customers solutions for parking lot or traffic control needs.
• Persuasively and professionally sell optional services, rentals, traffic control setup, and traffic control plans.
• Prepare and present proposals to sell services that address customer needs; close transactions and secure sales efficiently.
• Work closely with warehouse manager and staff to fill customer orders as efficiently as possible.
• Accept incoming requests through social media channels.
• Calculate and quote prices or coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Manage outbound telephone calls with current and previous customers.
• Evaluate customer purchase history and current market value to achieve maximum sales profitability.
• Maintain records of all contacts and results.
• Track weekly sales, call reports, follow-up action plans, and collaborate with manager to set personal sales goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience (sales or business-related field preferred).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to satisfy all customer needs.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Adaptability to perform efficiently in diverse environments and tasks.
• Reliable, dependable, and responsible in fulfilling obligations.
• Strong phone contact and active listening skills to understand and execute client needs.
• High level of energy and positive representation of the company.
