Customer Service Representative
What You’ll Do
Support Customers: Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs while ensuring a positive experience.
Provide Solutions: Help identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate follow-up or resolution.
Maintain Excellence: Uphold Four Seasons’ service standards while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior customer service experience with a demonstrated record of reliability and professionalism.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Reputation management experience
- Knowledge on Social Media Platforms
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business and customer needs.
