About the role
Forward Bank in Three Lakes seeks an outgoing, service-oriented individual for a Customer Service Representative position. The Customer Service Representative is the front-line face of the company, providing exceptional service to our banking customers and assisting them with various financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to banking customers.
- Assist with various financial transactions.
- Maintain positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling.
- Utilize good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
