Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communication with clients related to order entry, scheduling, and billing, creating/sending invoices, providing quotes to customers, sending survey deliverables, reporting, addressing customer concerns and communication with field crews under the direction of the Operations Manager.

Position Schedule

This is a full time in office position in our location in Worthington, OH, 43085.

Responsibilities

  • Preliminary Project Coordination with Project Manager (PM)/PLS along with preliminary research.
  • Obtain preliminary research to facilitate proposal creation (Aerials, Tax Maps, Deeds, Plats)
  • Manage quoting and coordinate individual proposals from Landmark website under PM/PLS supervision.
  • Invoice/submit for work completed according to client instructions.
  • Maintain any and all email correspondence relating to client communication, internal correspondence, notes, contact information, to facilitate complete project understanding and reference for scope questions.
  • Prioritize requests to meet deadlines
  • Identify, download and print all relevant, deeds, easements, commitments & prepare field packages for crews under PLS supervision.
  • Conserve PM/PLS's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence and phone calls, drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications, as appropriate.
  • Create and modify documents and emails utilizing Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
  • Daily reporting
  • Perform administrative support tasks.
  • Fully adhere to Exacta policies, procedures and work directives.
  • Resolve internal/external customer issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers, clients and other parties as related to the Landmark/Exacta services and overall business.
  • Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years in customer service or related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and other job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions
  • Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner ensuring business outcomes; assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player.
  • Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude; must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service.
  • Able to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job and exceed client expectations.
  • Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions.
