The Customer Service Department delivers exceptional service and support to members, providers, employer groups, brokers, internal departments, and prospective customers across Oklahoma and the United States. As the primary point of contact, Customer Service Representatives provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused assistance regarding dental benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, and online services. They represent the organization with professionalism and integrity, resolving inquiries, educating customers, and creating positive service experiences. Successful representatives simplify complex benefit information, identify effective solutions, and minimize customer effort throughout each interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providers, employer groups, brokers, and internal departments.
• Provide accurate and timely assistance regarding dental benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, and online services.
• Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and integrity.
• Educate customers and simplify complex benefit information.
• Identify effective solutions and minimize customer effort during interactions.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience required.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• General office experience using a personal computer, telephone, and calculator.
• Type 25 WPM or higher on the typing test provided by DDOK.
• Score 70% or higher on the Customer Service test provided by DDOK.
• Enjoy talking to people on the phone and building relationships/rapport.

Additional Qualifications

• Degree in Business or other relevant degree/certifications, or equivalent experience.
• Dental office experience.
• Insurance experience.

Schedule

This position works 40 hours per week.
