About the role
Dacotah Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join us in Morris, MN. The ideal candidate will assist customers with general banking transactions, receive ongoing skill development, and have the opportunity to advance within the company.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to build trusted relationships and help them achieve their financial goals.
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries.
- Receive training and development on the job, including promotion to higher levels and completion of more complex activities such as opening and maintaining deposit accounts for consumers and businesses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
