Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in resolving their medical balances by negotiating and collecting payments.
  • Actively listen to patients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve billing issues while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance.
  • Understanding of HIPAA.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.

  • M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
  • M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
