About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This role focuses on obtaining the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, or other locations, while also handling office support functions as needed. The CSR is often the first point of contact for customers and represents the face of the company. Responsibilities may expand to include chat and email customer support.

Responsibilities

• Answer and place calls in a professional manner, measured on call quality (knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up timeliness).
• Focus on resolving customer issues by using company resources to gather information and offer solutions.
• Understand client needs and provide support and solutions to facilitate a unique customer service experience.
• Perform other office support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role (preferred).
• High school diploma.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with office equipment and computer systems (MS Suite).
• Typing speed of 45 WPM.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Occasional overtime as needed.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.29 per hour.
