Customer Service Representative

On-siteOTHR$15.5/hrFull-time
The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: The posting has: - "Your Opportunity" section (intro/about the role) - "What We Offer" with Compensation and Benefits & Perks - "What We're Looking For – Qualifications and Skills" (requirements) - "Nice to Haves – Preferred Qualifications and Skills" (preferred qualifications) - "What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities" (responsibilities) - "Workplace Awards & Recognition" (company info) - "Our Purpose" (company info) - Various boilerplate at the end (EEO, scam warning, etc.) I need to structure this into appropriate sections. The rules say to use specific heading names: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Looking at the content: - "Your Opportunity" is essentially "About the role" - "What You'll Do" is "Responsibilities" - "What We're Looking For" is "Requirements" or "Qualifications" - "Nice to Haves" could be part of "Qualifications" or "Skills" - "What We Offer" includes Compensation (Pay) and Benefits & Perks (Benefits) - Schedule info is mentioned in the duties: "Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week." I should create sections for: 1. About the role (from "Your Opportunity") 2. Responsibilities (from "What You'll Do") 3. Requirements (from "What We're Looking For") 4. Preferred Qualifications (from "Nice to Haves") - maybe combine with Requirements or make separate 5. Pay (from Compensation) 6. Benefits (from Benefits & Perks) 7. Schedule (from the schedule info in duties) The rules say: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So I should use these exact heading names where appropriate. I'll combine "Requirements" and "Preferred Qualifications" into one "Requirements" section with sub-lists, or maybe separate "Requirements" and "Qualifications". The example includes both "Requirements" and "Qualifications" as possible headings. I think "Requirements" for the must-haves and "Qualifications" for the nice-to-haves, or combine. Better to follow the posting's structure: "What We're Looking For – Qualifications and Skills" and "Nice to Haves – Preferred Qualifications and Skills". I could make "Requirements" for the first and "Preferred Qualifications" for the second, but the allowed headings are "Requirements, Qualifications, Skills". I'll use "Requirements" for the must-haves and "Qualifications" for the preferred? Or maybe "Requirements" and "Skills". The posting has "Qualifications and Skills" as a combined heading. I'll create: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (for must-haves) - Qualifications (for preferred/nice-to-haves) - Pay - Benefits - Schedule But the rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section with two lists. Let me check the content for each: About the role: The "Your Opportunity" paragraph(s). I'll put as prose

. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You'll Do". Use

    • . Requirements: The bullet list under "What We're Looking For". Use
      • . Preferred Qualifications: The bullet list under "Nice to Haves". Could be a separate list under Requirements or separate section. I'll include as a subsection under Requirements or separate "Qualifications" heading. Since the allowed headings include "Qualifications", I'll use that. Pay: The compensation info: "The hourly wage for the position is $15.50 per hour." That's specific. Benefits: The long list under "Benefits & Perks". Use
        • . Schedule: The schedule info: "Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week." Also the note about store hours may change. I'll include as prose. Now, I must remove boilerplate: Workplace Awards & Recognition, Our Purpose, the disclaimer about not all-inclusive, the scam warning, EEO statement, etc. Also, the location "Sarasota, FL" and "InstaLoan" are metadata. The job title is "Customer Service Representative". The page already shows it, so don't repeat as heading. I can include location in a short

maybe in About the role. The posting starts with "Your Opportunity: Customer Service Representative InstaLoan Sarasota, FL". That's the title and location. I'll include location in About the role. Now, write HTML. Structure:
