About the role

We are a rapidly growing telecommunications company in Cold Spring, KY, seeking enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to our consumers through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Handle transactions, process refunds, and troubleshoot questions and inquiries about our products and services.
  • Quickly learn and utilize our web-based software and databases.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Think critically and solve problems efficiently.
  • Use basic computer skills and processes proficiently.
  • Have a positive attitude and be courteous in all interactions.
  • Listen attentively to customers' needs and concerns with empathy.
  • Be patient and maintain a professional tone and demeanor.
  • Be open to feedback and willing to improve job knowledge and service delivery.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

  • Pass a background check.
  • Meet required tasks, call lengths, and customer service expectations.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Flexible in scheduling.
  • Proficient in MS Office Business applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
