Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to perform clerical duties and support our customers and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Assist in coordinating travel and trade shows
• Provide administrative support
• Serve as support for sales and marketing
• Enter phone and will call orders
• Call on existing and potential customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Support the overall business success and needs of our customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay

Minimum starting salary of $18.00 per hour, with compensation based on work experience and skills.
