Customer Service Representative

About the role

Blevins, Inc., a privately owned wholesaler of building supplies, seeks a Customer Service Representative for its Jacksonville, FL branch. The ideal candidate will have experience with home improvement products and HVAC, be skilled in customer interactions, and possess a positive attitude.

Primary Responsibilities

• Utilize provided reports to improve inside sales
• Maintain an established customer base through weekly calls and emails
• Handle order entry and quote preparation
• Work closely with the Outside Sales team

Requirements

• Familiarity with home improvement products (a plus)
• HVAC experience (a plus)
• High School or equivalent education
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
• Great organizational skills
• Professional phone etiquette skills
• Data Entry skills required
• Ability to consistently maintain orderly paperwork
