Customer Service Representative
About the role
Billingsley Travel Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative for hands-on work centered on customer resolution and the day-to-day demands of family and group leisure travel, including cruises, all-inclusive trips, theme parks, sports travel, weddings, and honeymoons. The position emphasizes accuracy and traceable follow-through over superficial speed in customer service representation within family travel operations.
What helps you succeed
- Use Escalation Management and Account Review confidently when carrying out customer service tasks.
- Apply Customer Service Representation without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.

Role outcome
The role is successful when customer resolution becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are identified before they affect customers, partners, or teammates. This is measured through effective customer service representation within family travel operations.
Responsibilities
- Help the team document commitments and next actions to review the Customer Service Representative workflow.
- Maintain the workflow by escalating complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
