Responsibilities
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Scheduling HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service appointments
- Helping customers choose appointment times that fit their needs
- Answering customer questions and providing excellent service
- Updating customer information and documenting interactions
- Working closely with Dispatch and Operations to keep schedules running smoothly
- Following up with customers regarding memberships, maintenance visits, and appointment confirmations
- Creating positive customer experiences with every interaction
Requirements
- Friendly and enjoys talking with people

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator with excellent listening skills
- Able to multitask while navigating multiple computer systems
- Coachable and eager to learn
- A dependable team player
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of customer service, call center, hospitality, retail, scheduling, or other customer-facing experience preferred
- Home services experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Pay
$15-$17/hour + Monthly SPIFF Opportunities. Average CSR earns $50,000-$65,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-Time. Rotating schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
