Customer Service Representative

This is an on-site, full-time position.

About the role

Interact with customers via telephone to provide information, troubleshoot issues, and address problems or requests by transmitting information or providing solutions. Use a computer system to track, gather information, schedule appointments, and maintain logs/records of calls, activities, customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services
• Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Schedule appointments and field customer questions
• Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs/records of calls and activities
• Show care and compassion for customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and office team members
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of call center experience
• Customer service experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship
• Willingness to work varied evenings and weekends
