Responsibilities

  • Answering phones - taking messages, confirming future reservations, calling overdue customers, and making reservations.
  • Maintaining the Rental Fleet - recording mileage, fuel levels, plate expiration, and service details. Charging customers for damages appropriately.
  • Cleaning the Rental Fleet - detailing vehicles using provided equipment.
  • Making Insurance Claims - assisting customers in filing claims for vehicle accidents.
  • Taking Payments - processing payments through dealer management software.
  • General Office Work - organizing paperwork, filing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring purchase orders and bills are accounted for.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends occasionally.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability are essential.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Pay
