- Answering phones - taking messages, confirming future reservations, calling overdue customers, and making reservations.
- Maintaining the Rental Fleet - recording mileage, fuel levels, plate expiration, and service details. Charging customers for damages appropriately.
- Cleaning the Rental Fleet - detailing vehicles using provided equipment.
- Making Insurance Claims - assisting customers in filing claims for vehicle accidents.
- Taking Payments - processing payments through dealer management software.
- General Office Work - organizing paperwork, filing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring purchase orders and bills are accounted for.
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends occasionally.
- Positive attitude and adaptability are essential.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
