Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a positive image of the company and its employees through integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Navigate and operate multiple programs efficiently to manage customer calls, information requests, order delays, and backorders, ensuring accurate and timely order status updates and confirmations.
  • Enter orders for basic stocked products and provide feedback on customer quotations.
  • Become knowledgeable about Alliance's door and millwork products to contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and success.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, handling frequent interruptions.

Core Skills & Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a customer service-oriented office environment.
  • Familiarity with the millwork industry or the building industry is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal exchanges.
  • Significant experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel software.

Pay

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
