What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer and manage inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Draft customer correspondences, contracts, and service documents
  • Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems
  • Support the team with general administrative duties
  • Participate in our Emergency After-Hours Dispatch Phone rotation (additional pay provided)

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, supportive, and bright personality
  • Prior experience in customer service, administrative, or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)
  • Comfortable using CRMs, Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks, and general office software

Compensation

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
