Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships with families, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs
• Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems
• Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
• Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
• Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience
• Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
• Overcome objections and close enrollments
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident
• Work closely with operations and program teams
• Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings

Requirements

• Goal-oriented with a drive to win and motivated by performance metrics
• Proven sales experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and hit targets
• Experience managing leads and tracking activity in CRM systems
• Organized and consistent in follow-ups
• Strong communication skills: confident, clear, and engaging communicator
• Excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and youth
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required to effectively support our diverse community
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative without needing constant direction
