About the role
The Customer Service Representative handles patient calls regarding billing questions, acting as the first point of contact for billing concerns and working closely with the billing department.

Requirements
- 40 hours per week - First Shift Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Previous Customer Service Experience
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and patiently explain a broad range of healthcare billing concepts
