Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests using company software
- Communicate effectively with customers, craftsmen, and management
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates, appointments, and completed projects
- Aid in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive outcome
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information
- Support daily office operations and contribute to overall team success
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Previous customer service, administrative, scheduling, or call center experience preferred but not required
