  • Follow up with customers regarding estimates, appointments, and completed projects
  • Aid in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive outcome
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job information
  • Support daily office operations and contribute to overall team success

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service, administrative, scheduling, or call center experience preferred but not required
