Responsibilities
- Work closely with our client base to understand their release schedules and priorities, and to ensure the best possible customer service.
- Track and drive the process from end to end which includes:
- Working with internal art department trafficking jobs through design/proofing stage
- Issuing purchase orders to all vendors, both domestic and international
- Trafficking all projects through print, manufacturing and delivery to final destination
- Communicating on a regular basis with the client as to the status of their projects
- Communicating via phone, email, zoom, etc., both domestic and international
- Maintain an accurate production schedule and generate weekly status reports for clients
- Navigate internal schedules for domestic and international projects
- Correctly invoice clients and ensure that all billable parts are included
- Liaise with in-house Sales personnel as and when necessary
- Add additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
