Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound requests for priority service appointments via phone, email, chat, and customer portals
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in coordination with capacity planners and dispatch teams
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries including billing questions, technician ETAs, scheduling concerns, and product/service information
- Resolve customer issues by identifying needs, researching solutions, and escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in internal systems
- Accurately document and disposition all interactions in call monitoring software
- Collaborate with Sales and Service Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy and response times
- Communicate service status updates to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Support dispatch operations as needed to ensure efficient service delivery
- Create and process invoices and maintain reporting requirements
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with relevant customer service experience
