Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do
- Absorb clients with policy questions, billing, and coverage details
- Support sales agents with applications, endorsements, and policy changes
- Process quotes and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed and compliant client records
- Deliver policies and conduct follow-ups as needed
- Provide professional service via phone and email
Requirements
- Active Florida 4-40 (required)
- 1–2+ years of insurance customer service or related experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
