About the role

As a DeWALT Customer Service Representative on our T&O Commercial team, you will handle customer orders, provide product and service information, and drive incremental sales. This is an on-site position based in Carrollton, TX.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders: verify pricing, catalog numbers, descriptions, quantities, and extend items.
• Answer product and service questions to attract potential customers and suggest additional products/services.
• Conduct sales and service both at the counter and via phone, including product application, features, benefits, and proper handling/maintenance.
• Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining causes, selecting solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Make sales of services, programs, and products to customers.

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed to meet customer demands.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Experience reading schematics and determining parts needed for tool repairs.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a Retail/Service environment.
• High degree of integrity, accountability, dependability, and reliability with minimal supervision.
• Superior customer service and salesmanship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
