Customer Service Shift Leader (up to $20/hr)

About the role

We are hiring a Customer Service Shift Leader for our Excelsior stores located at 426 Lake Street in Excelsior, MN. This is a growing opportunity with Tide Cleaners, the fastest-growing laundry and garment care brand in Minneapolis.

Schedule

Monday - Friday with alternating Saturday shifts as needed. Overtime available based on willingness to cover additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Tide Cleaners benefits to new customers
• Build customer loyalty through personalized service
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional, timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and upbeat store environment
• Manage day, night, and weekend customer service staff

Requirements

• Passion for people and a positive attitude
• Team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a natural conversationalist with a consistently positive and upbeat attitude
• Computer savvy and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to perform job tasks on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to operate a computer (typing, data entry, processing customer payments)
• Use of fine motor skills when inspecting and detailing garments
