Customer Service Representative 1 - Mount Airy
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)
- Use - for lists
- Use
for prose
- Do NOT repeat job title as heading
- Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings
- Preserve ALL substantive information
- Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning)
- Include section ONLY when real specific content exists
- Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text
- Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them
- Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences
Let me structure:
1. About the role (from Summary)
2. Responsibilities (from Essential Duties And Responsibilities)
3. Requirements/Qualifications (from Other Skills And Abilities and education/experience)
4. Benefits (from Additional Information - includes PTO, holidays, benefits package)
5. Pay (from Additional Information - wage range)
6. Schedule (from first line - 100% in office, location Mount Airy Banking Center)
The "Essential Functions" list seems like a summary of key areas, but the detailed duties are in "Essential Duties And Responsibilities". I'll use the detailed duties for Responsibilities section.
"Other Skills And Abilities" includes both skills and abilities - I'll put under Requirements or Skills.
Education/experience at the end: "High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred." This goes in Requirements.
Additional Information has pay, PTO, holidays, benefits, 401(k). So Pay, Benefits sections.
Schedule: first sentence says "This position is 100% in office. The employee will work their scheduled work hours in a designated WesBanco location. Consideration for location will be Mount Airy Banking Center." That's schedule/location info.
Now, I need to ensure I don't create sections with filler. All sections have real content.
Let me write the HTML.
I'll start with About the role (summary paragraph).
Then Responsibilities (list from Essential Duties And Responsibilities).
Then Requirements (education, experience, skills/abilities).
Then Pay (wage range).
Then Benefits (PTO, holidays, benefits package, 401(k)).
Then Schedule (in-office, location).
I'll use
for each.
Now, the "Essential Functions" list: "Excellent Customer Service, Perform Customer Transactions, Operational and Security Proficiency, Identify Referral Opportunities". This could be a summary of key functions, but the detailed duties cover them. I might include as a brief list in About the role or as a separate Skills/Competencies section. But the rules say prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. I'll incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities. Since Responsibilities already has detailed duties, I'll skip separate Essential Functions.
Other Skills And Abilities: list of abilities. I'll put under Requirements as "Skills & Abilities" or separate Skills section. Since there are several, I'll make a Skills section.
But the rules say use headings like Skills. I'll create a Skills section for the abilities listed.
However, the education/experience are requirements. I'll combine into Requirements section with two sub-lists: Education & Experience, and Skills & Abilities. But the rules say use - for lists. I can have multiple lists under one heading.
Better: Requirements heading, then a paragraph for education/experience, then a list for skills/abilities. Or two lists.
Let me structure:
About the role
Summary paragraph...

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities
? But rules say only for section headings. No . So maybe just list under Requirements with a sub-list? But - can be nested. However, the rules don't forbid nested lists. But they said use
for section headings. I'll keep it flat: Requirements section with two lists: one for education/experience, one for skills/abilities. But education/experience are not a list of items, they are two sentences. I'll make them list items.
Actually, the rules: "Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". So I can make a list for requirements.
I'll do:
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
- Sound mathematical and analytical skills preferred
- Ability to interpret and follow written, verbal, and visual instructions, using sound judgement and common-sense decision making
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Strong product knowledge for the level of selling and successfully promoting products expected
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be flexible
But the "Other Skills And Abilities" includes "Sound Mathematical And Analytical Skills Preferred." and "Demonstrates the ability to interpret..." etc. I'll include all.
Now Benefits: from Additional Information: "17 days of PTO, 5 days of STD, 11 annual paid holidays. WesBanco has an excellent benefits package to include medical, dental, and vision, Health Care Flexible Spending, Dependent Care Flexible Spending, Transportation Fringe Benefit Plan, Group Life, Long Term Disability, Optional Life, access to voluntary benefit products such as Cancer, Term & Universal Life, Accident, Short-Term Disability and Critical Illness policies, and other ancillary benefit products. WesBanco also offers 401(k) with employee match."
I'll list these.
Pay: "The wage range for the Customer Service Representative position is $18.00 - $20.50 per hour and eligible for approved overtime and referral incentives."
Schedule: "This position is 100% in office. The employee will work their scheduled work hours in a designated WesBanco location. Consideration for location will be Mount Airy Banking Center."
Now, I need to ensure no duplicate info. The summary paragraph: "Helps foster a positive work environment that inspires, motivates, challenges, supports and provides ongoing recognition for exceptional performance. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is charged with accepting and accurately processing transactions according to the Bank's policies and procedures. As the initial contact for new and existing customers, a CSR is charged with providing excellent customer service while identifying referral opportunities and performing account transactions. Determines the proper individual/line of business to handle referral opportunities and more complex customer service issues."
I'll put that as a paragraph under About the role.
Now, Responsibilities: from Essential Duties And Responsibilities list. There are 10 bullet points. I'll list them.
Let me write the HTML.
Note: The user said "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So no heading for job title.
Also, "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short or drop it." There's no Job ID here.
Now, output only HTML fragment.
I'll write:
