La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, La Clinica has provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. Our mission is to empower and enrich families, individuals, and communities by providing quality medical, dental, behavioral health, and educational services for people of all cultures.

About the role

Responsible primarily for maintenance of medical records and respective patient information, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding, in compliance with applicable LCDF policies and standards. Also assists with other front office functions, especially providing effective customer service to patients, at assigned clinic.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent and/or completion of a medical terminology course
• One-year experience in a records department preferred
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment

Non-exempt position, starting pay $15.35 per hour.
