Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service: answer incoming calls and emails, address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and knowledgeably.
- Process rental and sales orders using Alert IMS, including changes such as cancellations, additions, subtractions, transfers, and stop rentals.
- Assist clients with product selection by providing recommendations, explaining technical specifications, and addressing questions or concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment malfunctions, delivery delays, or other challenges proactively.
- Maintain accurate records by updating client information, rental contracts, and order details in Alert IMS, and share necessary information with other departments.
- Encourage a positive work environment by collaborating and treating all team members fairly and respectfully.
- Facilitate company-wide communication by sharing essential information with technicians, salespeople, purchasing, and delivery/shipping teams via appropriate protocols (e.g., face-to-face discussions, inter-office calls, email, or video conferencing).
- Follow up with clients thoroughly and timely regarding contracts, accounts, or other specific details.
- Stay current with company training and invest time in upgrading knowledge as new technologies are integrated.
- Perform other reasonably assigned tasks, which may or may not relate to the primary function of the role.

- Experience with and/or enthusiasm to learn about the environment and/or environmental justice.
Pay
$22/hr.
Schedule
Full-time.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Regularly required to talk or listen.
- Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
