Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service for all customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and processes.
- Manage all aspects of customer orders and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure production schedules align with customer priorities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns or issues.
- Work internally to ensure that actions are taken to satisfy requests made by the customer.
Qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail.
- High degree of customer focus.
- Experience working with ERP or other planning systems preferred.
