Customer Service Rep/Sales (Paint Specialist)

Essential Job Duties

• Aid in customer paint orders and mix paint based on formulas.
• Provide assistance to customers at the location regarding questions and equipment needs.
• Handle phone and email inquiries from customers for price quotes.
• Perform call center functions to offer quality customer service.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive paint, PBE, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Call center customer service experience.
• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of college education.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions.
• Attention to detail.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

• Primarily sedentary work requiring extended sitting and use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
• Occasionally lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
