About the role

Responsible for providing customer service to ensure timely and accurate test results are communicated to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Answering client inquiries via phone and email
  • Processing lab orders and scheduling tests
  • Communicating test results to clients in a clear and timely manner
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures and terminology
