About the role
Responsible for providing customer service to ensure timely and accurate test results are communicated to clients.
Responsibilities
- Answering client inquiries via phone and email
- Processing lab orders and scheduling tests
- Communicating test results to clients in a clear and timely manner
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service role preferred
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and terminology
