Customer Service Rep, Long term care

Pay: $19 to $20 per hour

About the role

This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enters orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center.

Responsibilities

• Log all incoming calls
• Clean warehouse and medical equipment
• Add new residents to existing Long Term Care customer database as necessary
• Follow up on delivery of requested items
• Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
• Perform after-hours dispatching when scheduled
