About the role
As a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate II, you will provide a variety of support services, including servicing walk-in customers, completing sales transactions, and performing warehouse duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks.Responsibilities
- Waiting on customers and assisting with order requirements.
- Answering customer inquiries, providing samples, and directing customers.
- Completing sales transactions and accepting payments.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints (returns and order errors).
- Processing payments and receipts, reconciling DSRs and cash boxes, preparing bank deposits, balancing petty cash, and creating vendor orders.
- Entering customer orders, creating plant/RDC orders, and completing stock replenishment orders.
- Producing daily sales reports.
- Pulling and assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, conducting inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, moving, storing, and replenishing materials, and conducting daily cycle counts.
- Performing receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
- Operating forklift equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, cleaning, and performing general office maintenance.
- Maintaining a safe working environment by following safety rules and reporting accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to management.
- Performing other related duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
