Customer Service Rep II

Role Details

Compensation: Up to $26/hr W2
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international wires, ACH, and check transactions.
• Post loans and conduct research as needed.
• Review and correct check postings.
• Produce notices for clearing account activity and communicate with customers.
• Make entries to accounting system and customer clearing accounts.
• Utilize ticketing system to initiate or receive work requests.
• Initiate or receive check adjustments from Federal Reserve Banks or other banks.
• Assist coworkers to ensure department duties are completed.
• Serve as mission critical personnel for business continuity.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years experience in banking or financial services or equivalent education/experience
