Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to emails and social media inquiries within 24 hours.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems a plus.
