Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Aid customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Provide product information and support to customers as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
  • Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
