Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Aid customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Provide product information and support to customers as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a customer service representative, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
