Customer Service Rep

Pay: $19–$20 per hour

Schedule

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Log all incoming calls from Long Term Care customers
• Enter orders and dispatch them to the appropriate service center
• Clean warehouse medical equipment
• Add new residents to existing LTC customer database as necessary
• Follow up on delivery of requested items
• Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
• Perform after-hours dispatching when scheduled
