About the Role

This employee communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, determine ongoing and additional product or service needs, and support compliance with physician directions.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via an automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products or services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products and services
• Documents calls in a computerized record-keeping system
• Enters customer orders in a computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
