Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer s phone calls
- M aintains branch or region order email inbox
- P rovide s product knowledge
- B uild s sales, enters orders
- E nsur e s orders are filled for pick up or scheduled for delivery and payments received if required
- L ook s up inventory
- Q uote s customers
- Provides support to Branch Staff for either one or multiple locations, depending on size and scope
- C ommunicate s with the sales team and management of selling trends and customer satisfaction
- Provide s support to customers and sales team in region or assigned to local branch
- May help back up warehouse associates by assignment when short staffed or when a surge in orders occurs
- Performs a ll other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Qualifications
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
- Previous experience working a warehouse a plus

Work Conditions
- Mainly inside , possibly in the warehouse or outside for short periods of time
- Standing and s itting at desk while working on computer
- Operating a forklift as a backup (after being properly trained)
- Lifting capabilities 4 0 lbs
- Directly with customers
- Around warehouse equipment and vehicles
