Responsibilities
- Operate all store equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
- Make correct monetary change
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills
- Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements
- Ability to work under stress and meet quality control standards
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, and make judgments and decisions
Essential Functions & Skills
- Talking and hearing on the telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks
- Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Eye-hand coordination for tasks like shaping pizza dough and using a pizza peel
- Ability to grasp tools such as phones, pizza cutters, and pizza boxes
Physical Requirements
- Standing for most tasks
- Walking short distances for short durations
- Stooping/bending forward at the waist (e.g., pizza assembly, stocking ingredients)
- Crouching/squatting occasionally (e.g., stocking shelves, cleaning low areas)
- Continuous reaching (up, down, and forward) for tasks like turning oven controls, scooping ingredients, or cleaning surfaces
- Frequent and forceful use of shoulders, forearms, and wrists (e.g., shaping pizza dough)
