Essential Job Functions
- Determines requirements by working with sales force and customers
- Utilize JD Edwards ERP system / database to record activities and research information
- Handle Recall Process from start to finish
- Document all transactions
- Provide support and assistance to the outside sales force
- Handle requests for returned product
- Complete transactions for Return Goods, Trade-outs
- Respond to inquiries by clarifying desired information; research, locate, and provide information; escalates unresolved issues
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
Basic Qualifications
- Customer Focus, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Critical Thinking Skills, Building Relationships, People Skills, Interpersonal Savvy (Team Orientation), Problem Solving, Multi-Tasking
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible in work schedule, including a willingness to work overtime as needed
- Positive and Professional attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Outlook, Word, IE)
