Responsibilities
- Fielding incoming and outgoing calls
- Scheduling new customers and making outgoing calls
- Aiding in dispatch
- Assisting the Office Manager with tasks such as data entry, billing, and filing
- Maintaining excellent communication with external and internal customers and interline companies
Requirements
- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs
- Good keyboarding skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
- Experience handling a high volume of phone calls
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
