- Provide detailed information about services offered and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Assist in managing waiting area and service desk appearance.
- Support service team with administrative tasks as needed.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
