What You'll Do

  • Run the floor and make real-time decisions during operating hours;
  • keep each station manned to standard;
  • Back up the SSM and VO roles — certified and cross-trained to fill any seat, holding coverage without overtime;
  • Support the Program Manager on reporting, quality control, and on-site coordination;
  • Manage schedules, leave, and co-work coverage so the operation holds through planned and unplanned absences;
  • Reinforce card stock accountability and DEERS/RAPIDS discipline alongside the SSMs

Who You Are

  • A hands-on leader who has run or supervised a credentialing or customer-service operation;
  • Willing to certify and cross-train across SSM and VO duties — you lead by doing;

Qualifications

  • Two (2) or more years of Common Access Card (CAC) and USID card functions;
  • Able to obtain RAPIDS Verifying Official and Site Security Manager certifications;
  • Able to obtain a CAC;
  • Favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) by your start date -we will help you through the process;
  • Fluent in English
